Freelance private chef, pastry chef, and food styling assistant, Ava is based out of Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from the University of Vermont in the Spring of 2018 with a BA in Cultural Anthropology & Food Systems, and has been working in kitchens since she was 17, first starting as a baker at Four & Twenty Blackbirds pie shop in Brooklyn.
Approaching every job with creative versatility and the appreciation for strong technical cooking knowledge, Ava has held positions in recipe development, creative marketing production, assistant food stylist, head pastry chef, and private chef.
