The Skinny Pancake

Photography, styling, & editing for the Skinny Pancake & Love Local Catering group based out of Burlington VT. A staple of the northern Vermont restaurant and food scene, the Skinny Pancake restaurant group has been serving customers for over 15 years. At the core of their mission is a desire to build a safer, healthier, and more accessible food shed for their customers, by sourcing as many ingredients and products as possible from the local food system. A designated VT Green Restaurant, the Skinny Pancake restaurant group servers as members of the Vermont Green Business Program and as contributors to 1% for the Planet. The below work is from my position as their Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Manager.
